Ultra Fast is the highest communication speed currently available.  There will be an information letter drop to every property.  Cable laying into the Hawkspur Green and Little Bardfield area is due to start in May 2019.  Main cables run to local distribution boxes.  Individual fibres run from boxes to properties.  Gigaclear anticipate that they will have installed a "pot" with fibre connection at the edge of every property by August 2019.  It is then individual choice if you want to connect to the new service or not.  If you do, then a separate installation phase to your own property will take place.  It will depend upon which service provider you make a contract with as to if your current email address will still continue to work.
